Please fill out the form below and click the Submit button. During the submission process, you will be asked for payment information. Your registration will not be complete, and will not be recorded, unless payment is made. Each person attending the conference must be registered (and paid) individually.
Registration Fee: The conference registration fee of $200 covers conference proceedings, a nametag, access to all conference sessions, lunch, snacks, cocktails and appetizers on Monday, continental breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks on Tuesday and continental breakfast and snacks on Wednesday, plus any of the Monday optional tours you may wish to attend. *STUDENTS ONLY: If you prefer, you can register at no cost. Understand that by waiving the registration fee, you will not receive any meals at the conference. (There are restaurants within walking distance.) If this is your preferred option, fill out the registration form and choose the "Student – No Meals" button. You will be required to present your college student ID card at registration.
Registration Cancellation Policy: Cancellations through March 26 will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee. After March 26 the registration fee is non-refundable.
Hotel: A block of rooms has been set aside at the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel & Conference Center. Conference rates reflect a large discount. All conference sessions will be located in this building, so we strongly recommend it for your conference housing. To receive these pre-negotiated rates, you must reserve your room by contacting Joe Cifaratta at jcifaratta@sheratonsyracuse.com.

Center of Excellence - LEED Platinum
The SyracuseCoE houses research laboratories for indoor environmental quality and biomass fuel, classrooms, public spaces and additional lab space for use by SyracuseCoE academic and industry partners.
Carmelo Anthony Center - LEED Certified
The magnificent basketball facility boasts two regulation-size practice courts, state-of-the-art training and sports medicine facilities, and a hall of fame that honors the teams, players, and coaches who have made the Orange basketball program one of the best in the nation.
Hotel Skyler - LEED Platinum
Syracuse's first LEED designated hotel. It was constructed in 1921, was occupied by the Temple Adath Yeshurun for over five decades. It is the third hotel in the U.S. to become Platinum certified.
SUNY-ESF: SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry
The tour would consist of student sustainability projects, including biodiesel production, aquaponics, biofuels, composting, and the rain garden. A discussion on how the projects were started and how the institution was able to facilitate their beginnings and ensure that they remain in place even after the students have graduated.
Please indicate if you are interested in a tour of the Eco Village in Ithaca, NY on April 4, 2012 from 12:00-4:00pm. We will organize this tour if sufficient interest exists. You will need your own transportation for this tour.
EcoVillage - $20 fee (Payable at time of tour)
Comprising an intentional community and a non-profit educational organization,
the project is developing an alternative model for suburban living which provides
a satisfying, healthy, socially rich lifestyle, while minimizing ecological impacts.
EcoVillage at Ithaca is unique in that it includes three co-housing neighborhoods.
